Manisha Gulati Joins BJP, Punjab Women Commission Chairperson Joins Saffron Party
Chandigarh – Punjab women commission chairperson Manisha Gulati joined BJP yesterday in the presence of Punjab BJP in charge and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. Well, of course, she is the lady who took a stand against Charanjit Singh Channi who was a technical minister at that particular time. Me too allegations over Channi by an IAS officer.
And, you know, she said that during these past 111 days, she felt humiliated by the leaders of Congress Party, the ministers of Congress Party because she was pressurized to take action against innocent people.
And she felt heartbroken. She claimed that she called Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi about it to tell that their ministers and their Congress leaders are pressurizing me overtaking stand and action against innocent people. Then Channi clearly said I’m sorry I cannot help you with that.
So, she clearly said that this is not my fight. This is about the existence of women and their self-respect and honors fight over here in Punjab, so that is why I’m joining BJP. Well, Manisha Gulati will it is said to be very close confidence of Captain Amarinder Singh.
So now Manisha Gulati has joined hand with you know, BJP, she has joined BJP yesterday only. And she clearly said that the big faces of the Congress party were asking her to do unethical practices during her term. And that is why she felt heartbroken and her self-respect was at the stake and that is why she had drained BJP in the state.
When allegations were there over Channi, it was Captain Amarinder Singh you know, who asked Manisha Gulati and asked that the IAS officer drop those charges. He also asked Channi to apologize to the IAS couple. After that Manisha Gulati, she took a stand when there was a rift against Captain Amarinder Singh by all these leaders, and the Me too suo moto was thereby women commission of Punjab.
Now Manisha Gulati is said to be very close Political relation with Captain Amarinder Singh, and definitely, they’ll be using it because it’s hardly a few days left with the campaign. Now, we’ll be seeing her in the campaign trails of the BJP and she’ll be taking up this particular matter which happened in the past against Charanjit Singh Channi.

She will be mentioning all those incidents which she suffered during her tenure. The ministers were pressurizing her, it’s her allegations. They will keep on calling her to book innocent people during the election time so this will be among master stroke by the BJP party in Punjab.
