Hijab Controversy India: Karnataka High Schools Reopen, Tensions Arise In Mandya School

Bengaluru – Karnataka the schools have indeed reopened after the three-day leave that had been announced over the protests slash violence that did take place over the Hijab Row. Now, we’ve got reports of an argument that has happened between the parents and teachers. This is outside a rotary school in Mandya, where the teacher has been asking students to take off their Hijab before entering the campus.
Now parent says that in response, the hijab can be taken off after that, but not only inside the classroom and not outside. We need sort of a broader consensus on this to prevent these kinds of things from replicating themselves right across the country, which is unfortunate. Meanwhile, the police administration has been on high alert things so far, fingers crossed or not as bad as one could have suspected.
The school for class 10 has been opened in Karnataka. On one side that the interim order was passed by the Karnataka High Court in which they mentioned that no religious attire including hijab or saffron shorts will be allowed till the next hearing goes on the Karnataka High Court and now education schools have been started in Karnataka state.
But what we are picking now is that several arguments have been coming with the parent side and the teacher side when in one particular school where if you see the teachers are asking the girls to remove the hijab or one side, the parents are arguing that they cannot remove the hijab for multiple arguments have been going on. On one side, one school, in particular, Karnataka is being allowed with wearing a hijab.
So multiple developments have been coming up. So let’s wait and watch the High Court order that will be taken today at 2:30 pm. We are expecting a final judgment today after this Hijab Controversy in India.

The hearing is continuing and the interim order is already past the Supreme Court has declined from hearing the matter until the Karnataka High Court is disposed of it. And we are hoping that you know good sense prevails and as often in many things in this country, we rely on the courts sorted out for us because the rest of us find it very difficult to sort out these things for some reason.
