Ashish and Rupali’s wedding was a perfect blend of two cultures. Rupali wore a beautiful white mekhela, a traditional Assamese attire, to match Ashish’s white and gold mundu from Kerala. She accessorized her outfit with gold temple jewellery. Ashish also wore a red tilak on his forehead and a garland of flowers around his neck. The reception was held at a plush hotel in Guwahati, where the guests were treated to a lavish spread of Assamese and Kerala cuisines. The couple also cut a cake and danced to some romantic songs.
