Tragic Loss
On the morning of Sunday, March 17th, 2024, tragedy struck as Rita Tinina passed away in her residence along Laikipia Road in Kileleshwa, Nairobi. She was just 46 years old. The news of her sudden death sent shockwaves through the journalism community and beyond.
Tinina’s colleagues have mourned her as a hardworking and reliable journalist. “There are lessons that Rita taught us and that is what we should follow, this is a huge loss and we are struggling to come to terms with it.
